Meeting of the Commission for Polish-Czech and Polish-Slovak Relations of the Polish Academy of Sciences
On Monday, December 4, a conference of the Commission for Polish-Czech and Polish-Slovak Relations of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Board of the Polish-Czech Scientific Society, organized in cooperation with the University of Silesia, was held at the Faculty of Art and Educational Sciences in Cieszyn.
The agenda included the achievements of the II Congress of Polish-Czech Studies, preliminary proposals for the continuation of the Congress, and current issues in the cooperation of scientific institutions on the Polish-Czech border.
The meeting also featured the promotion of two new volumes of the "Transcarpathica" series, which the "Olza" Association has been publishing for a decade with the Polish Academy of Sciences. The topics of these volumes address issues of Polish-Czech cross-border cooperation during and after the pandemic.
