European library and reading room
European library with reading room is in the "Olza" Association of Development and Regional Cooperation seat located (Cieszyn, Rynek 18). Its collection includes essential documents of the European Union as well as publications concerning european issues. The majority of books is made available in the reading room only. Some publications can be borrowedfor a month. In order to do it, you should be registered.
