Interactive training courses are aimed at improving soft skills, such as effective communication with your partner, working in a multinational team, creative and positive thinking in “dead-end” situations, ability to adapt to changes in a cross-border work environment, intercultural dialogue, etc. Methods used by the trainers in this type of training are informal (icebreaker, brainstorming, case studies, simulations, pair/ group work, discussion, etc.) and their aim is to establish closer relations between the trainees and to create a positive atmosphere of cooperation. Workshops are run by qualified trainers with the necessary skills and practical experience of conducting training sessions. Aim of the training course:
To acquaint participants with a creative approach to solving problems and conflicts in a multicultural work environment.
Target group:
This training course is addressed to people collaborating with partners on the other side of the border, who are ready to consider or reconsider their own attitudes towards solving problems and building strong relationships with their neighbours.

Human resource management in a multinational work environment
Aim of the training course:
To acquaint the participants with different approaches to human resource management illustrated with examples of cross-border projects implemented by our network.

Effective communication in a multicultural context
Aim of the training course:
To foster the participants' communication skills that are necessary for effective cross-border cooperation, i.e. building steady relationships with a partner, overcoming stereotypes, and ability to interpret correctly cultural phenomena.
Target group:
This training course is targeted at people collaborating with foreign partners, especially the ones on the other side of the border, who are faced with conflict situations and who strive to minimize them in order to improve the quality of their cooperation.

Stereotypes and prejudices in multinational cooperation
Aim of the training course:
To acquaint the participants with various stereotypes and prejudices existing in multinational work environment, and sensitising them to the effects and consequences of such preconceived opinions as well as considering some possibilities for reducing their impact on people and their work environment.
Target group:
This training course is addressed to people who begin to cooperate or have already collaborated with foreign partners and long to avoid stereotypical thinking and perceiving other cultures.

Successful motivation – a key factor in project team management
Aim of the training course:
To acquaint the participants with some motivational techniques and methods of supporting project team members in their work, which enable them to succeed in their cross-border projects and undertakings.

This training course is targeted at people responsible for project management (directors, managers, project coordinators) who long to boost the efficiency of the project team members whom they head.

Successful resolution to conflicts in a multicultural environment
Aim of the training course:
To familiarise the participants with various types of conflicts and their sources and areas in a multicultural environment, and with the methods of handling such stressful and tense situations.

This training course is addressed to people who work with foreign partners every day and who need to learn some skills in counteracting and handling conflicts and tensions which might be generated among members of project teams.
