Meeting of the Parliamentary Group on Polish-Czech Cross-Border Cooperation

On 22 May, a meeting of the Parliamentary Group for Polish-Czech Cross-border Cooperation took place in the Polish Sejm, chaired by Iwona Krawczyk, MP..

The agenda included the legal aspects of cross-border cooperation, funding, and completed projects in the context of euroregions on the Polish-Czech border, as well as EUWT NOVUM as an example of a European legal instrument created to facilitate cross-border and international cooperation between member states.

The meeting was attended among others by Monika Wielichowska - Deputy Speaker of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland. The Euroregion Cieszyn Silesia was represented by Andrzej Bizon - Deputy President of Karviná and Bogdan Kasperek - Secretary of the Polish side of the Euroregion.
