The first cross-border debate included in “EURO-IN.NET”

On Thursday, 5 March 2020, the first cross-border debate was held in Liburnia hotel in Cieszyn.  The debate was arranged as a part of the project “EURO-IN.NET” implemented by Stowarzyszenie Rozwoju i Współpracy Regionalnej „Olza” and Institut EuroSchola.

Its subject matters, among others, were the cross-border identity from the perspective of Cieszyn and Český Těšín – two twin cities, the issue of the engagement of civil society in functioning and development of twin cities, and the cross-border citizenly initiatives undertaken by the two cities situated on the Olza River.

The debate brought together the representatives of the local governments, non-governmental organisations and some students.
